Conditions, Disabilities, or Special Considerations:

The Stable should be made aware of any conditions, disabilities, or needs that require special consideration or the taking or carrying of special medication or equipment. For example, if you are hearing impaired or if you are an asthmatic who requires the use of inhalers.

State Law:

Generally speaking, the state law you choose to apply should be the laws of the state where the horse rental services will take place.

Further Information:

Here you should describe either the condition you have and/or the medication or equipment that you require. You should also enter any restrictions that you have as a result of the condition, as well as any special instructions that are needed.

Protective Headgear Clause:

If you elect to insert this clause into your Agreement, it will provide information about the benefits of wearing protective headgear (i.e. a helmet) for various horse-related activities. This will notify the rider of the possibility of injury that may result from not wearing protective headgear and that head protection should be warn. The rider will then be able to select whether to wear head protection provided by the Stables, provide their own head protection, or decline to wear any.
