Releasee:

The "Releasee" is the person on whose behalf the acknowledgement of risk and release is being signed. The Releasee will be the person or business that owns the horses, stables, etc. where the child will be engaging in the horse-related activities.

Business Organization:

For the Acknowledgement of Risk and Release we need to know how your business is organized. All this means is that you must input whether your business is organized as a corporation, a limited liability company, a sole proprietorship, etc.

State Law:

Generally speaking, the state law you elect to apply should be the laws of the state where the horse-related activities, and the majority, if not all, of the associated business occurs.
