Business Organization:

For the Bill of Sale we need to know how your business is organized. All this means is that you must input whether your business is organized as a corporation, a limited liability company, a sole proprietorship, etc.

Stallion Description:

The agreement will contain a description of the stallion, which you will need to enter. An example of what can be entered follows:

Registration Number:

For the Breeding Agreement, you will need to enter the stallion's registration number. For example, if your horse is registered with the American Quarter Horse Association, then you should enter the assigned registration number.

Insurance Information:

The Breeding Services Agreement contains a clause that requires the mare's owner to maintain liability insurance. This liability insurance will insure the stallion's owner against any and all liability for injury, death, or loss and/or damage of property on the premises that the stallion will use for breeding.

Type of Business:

You will need to enter a brief description of the type of horse-related business in which the mare's owner is engaged. For example:
