Here at Horsecontracts.com we love horses as much as you
do. For this reason we have this website solely dedicated
to various equine legal documents that relate to all elements
of horse ownership. Whether you breed or board horses, or
rent or lease horses we have the horse legal documents that
you need. Or if you simply want to buy or sell a horse then
we have a horse bill of sale. Whatever your involvement
with horses, chances are we have the horse legal agreement
that you need.
Our Horse Bill of Sale
and Agreement is for anyone buying or selling a horse.
Any time you sell or buy an important or valuable item it
always makes good business sense to put it into writing.
When you make a written sales contract however, you want
to make sure that certain terms and conditions are covered
within that writing. Our bill of sale covers all the necessary
information that any thorough bill of sale should cover,
while still allowing you to tailor it to your needs and
requirements. Click here

Our Boarding Agreement
is for anyone who will be boarding their horse, or for anyone
who boards horses. When you entrust your horse to be boarded
with someone, you want to make sure that you horse will
be treated well and be safe. When you board horses you want
to be assured that boarding and related expenses will be
covered. By using a written Boarding Agreement, you can
make sure that everything is addressed in a binding horse
boarding contract. We can unequivocally state that the horse
boarding document you receive from our site will cover the
necessary ownership, legal, and financial issues, so that
you can focus your time and energy on your horse(s). Click

Our Horse Lease Agreement
is the legal document you want to use whenever you are leasing
a horse. Frequently people will lease a horse rather than
buy one, and if you are going to be leasing a horse, a well-drafted
lease agreement should always be used. When you own a horse
and will be leasing your animal to another, it is important
for you to know that your horse will be well looked after
while in the care of someone else. The equine lease agreement
that we provide will not only cover all of the necessary
legal requirements, but specifically states the required
level of care for the horse. Better yet is the fact that
you are allowed to enter the specific reasons for which
the horse may be used, and all of the terms of the lease
of your horse will be placed into one legally valid horse
contract. Click here to

Our Acknowledgement of Risk
and Release is for any individual that needs a binding
release form that the parent of a minor can sign to allow
their child to participate in a variety of horse-related
activities. Any time you provide general riding, lessons,
or other types of horse activities to children it is always
a good idea to have the child's parent sign a legal form
acknowledging the risk involved and releasing you from damage
and injury claims. Requiring parents to sign these forms
before their child participates in the equine-related activity
can protect you from liability claims that can result if
a child is injured when on your grounds, using your property,
or engaging in an event or activity that you provide. Click

and Release.
Our Breeding Services Agreement,
or horse stud agreement is a breeding contract to be used
between the owner's of the stallion and the mare. Breeding
horses is a serious business and not one that you want to
leave to happenstance. By using a written breeding contract
you can make sure that all of the important facts regarding,
dates, fees, and other related issues are covered. Click

Our basic Horse Rental Agreement
can be used by anyone who owns horses and rents them to
the general public for riding. This basic equine rental
agreement is a binding contract between the horse's owner
and the person who will be renting the horse to ride. If
you own horses that are rented by the public for riding
you will want to have a signed written agreement between
you and the rider which covers costs, rental periods, care
of the horse, as well as all necessary legal terminology.
Of course since liability is a concern as well, the agreement
has a basic release clause which states that the rider releases
you from all legal claims and suits that may arise from
the horse rental. Click here
for further information on our Horse Rental Agreement.
Our Horse Rental Agreement
and Liability Release is for use by anyone that
rents their horses to the public for riding. It is different
than the Horse Rental Agreement above in that it covers
a lot of additional information about the rider and also
provides notice to the rider about a lot of the dangers
as well as the responsibilities that come with riding a
horse. With this horse rental contract you also have the
option to insert a "Protective Headgear" clause
that covers the importance of wearing protective headgear,
and the potential injuries that can occur when a rider does
not wear protective headgear. Click

and Liability Release.
